An employee satisfaction survey found that à la carte food, the availability of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and Christmas symbolism were the main reasons employees felt happy at Christmas parties. Hosting the party outside of work was also a leading factor in employee satisfaction.

High-end Christmas Themes
We’ve found some great high-end Christmas themes to make your party the best end-of-the-year celebration.
Red Carpet Movie Premiere
Start by laying out an extravagant red carpet and using a limo service to bring people in from the hotel; if they are local, have a valet park their car and lead them to the red carpet.
Everyone can dress in Hollywood-style dresses and suits, and you can hire a photographer to act as paparazzi. This would be easy to do in a hotel ballroom or even a historic building with a large enough room to set up your red-carpet movie night.
Winter Wonderland Gala
You can turn your event venue into a winter wonderland gala. Set up outdoor Christmas décor, fairy lights, ice sculptures, and use lighting to mimic snow, or use a fake snow machine to create the real deal. Your guests can dress in elegant formal attire and dance on the dance floor with live entertainment and a full bar with signature winter-themed drinks.
Masquerade Ball
A masquerade ball theme is the perfect way to take your Christmas celebration to a new level of elegance. With the black-tie dress code and a dance floor, this theme is sure to be a hit with your company party.
You can make the ball even better by adding a stand-up comedian to perform a stand-up comedy show in formal attire, too. They can even wear their own mask!
At The Comedian Company, you can choose the comedian’s “clean level” rating to ensure it fits your night of elegance. Your guests are sure to laugh and have a great time when you book one of our corporate comedians for your Christmas party masquerade ball.
Las Vegas Casino Night
A Vegas-themed casino night is a great luxury theme idea for your Christmas party. You could even host the party in Las Vegas if you want the full experience.
Let your guests play a little friendly blackjack while a strolling magician walks around performing sleight-of-hand tricks to keep everyone entertained. The Comedian Company works with many magicians who would make a great addition to any Casino-themed high-end Christmas party.
Luxury Culinary Experiences to Wow Guests
It’s important to offer a range of dietary options, from keto to gluten-free, vegan, and traditional foods, so all your guests have choices. Here are some luxury culinary experiences.
Mixology and Craft Cocktail Bars
Using a private local mixologist is a fun way to add a touch of luxury to your office Christmas party. You can decorate the bar to match your theme and serve drinks to match. The mixologist can craft bespoke holiday-themed drinks and show off professional techniques while you and your guests sit back and relax without worrying about running out of anything to drink!
Interactive Chef Stations
You can incorporate many types of interactive chef stations into your lavish Christmas party; it depends on your theme and what works best. Consider a pasta bar station, a live crepe station (which pairs well with most Christmas-themed parties), or a foie gras station.
Interactive food stations are a great way to offer something unique for every dietary restriction, and they give people a chance to mingle and socialize while enjoying delicious, on-demand food.
Gourmet Raw Bar
Who doesn’t love cold seafood like oysters and cracked King crab, and a classic mignonette? Adding a raw gourmet bar is a great addition to making any upscale Christmas party feel fancier. This would fit in really well with the Winter Wonderland theme and the ice sculptures. You can also pair it with a Champagne tower for even more elegance.
Choosing the Right Party Event Spaces
Before you choose a party event space, decide your vibe, format, theme, and experience. Once you’ve decided what you want, you can start searching for the best event venue for your Christmas party.
Many high-end places book up to a year in advance, so start early. Once you decide on your theme and activities, you can choose a hotel ballroom, historic landmark, or other exclusive event space. Around the holidays, most hotels and event venues offer indoor or outdoor Christmas decor, so you can save money by choosing a place with decorations already set up.
The Perfect Entertainment for High-End Christmas Parties
Choose a comedian, magician, or live music for your luxury holiday office party.
A Comedy Show for Laughter and Joy
Nothing says festive holiday party like your very own comedy show. You can host a comedy show during a meal or keep the bar open and have staff bring drinks and snacks to the tables, just like a high-end comedy club.
The Comedian Company works with corporate comedians, including famous comedians, who can make your special Christmas party that much better by performing a stand-up comedy show. They can tailor their content to your industry, and we also have Christmas comedians who focus the whole act on Christmas and holiday jokes.
A Magic Stage Show for an Unforgettable Night
Another great addition to a luxurious Christmas party is to hire a magician. You can incorporate a strolling magician right into your holiday-themed party. If you have a casino night or a masquerade ball, a magician can walk around all night, entertaining guests up close and personal. Your team will feel like celebrities.
They can also perform on stage after a meal or during dessert. They can perform mentalism or refined sleight of hand, which is a great icebreaker, especially if you have teams from all over coming together for one night and may not know each other beyond Zoom.
The Comedian Company has magicians who perform at high-end parties, know how to put on an extra-spectacular show, and will adapt to your holiday theme.
Live Music or a DJ to Play Christmas Music
Live music or a DJ is always great entertainment and can also serve as a backdrop for other forms of entertainment. You can book jazz or string bands to add an extra touch of elegance to the night. A professional DJ can read the room and manage audio across different phases of your event. They can also set the mood with classic holiday tunes like Deck the Halls or Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.

A high-end Christmas party is a great way to bring your team from across the globe together for one lavish experience in the United States. You can choose from many different themes, culinary experiences, and entertainment to create a night they won’t forget.
